Order fulfillment: Most Soft HIT orders received before 12:00 p.m. Mountain time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 p.m. will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Because this is a family-run business, it may take longer to fill orders over holidays and school breaks. In such instances, orders will be filled the first business day we are back.

Orders are shipped to United States and Canadian shipping addresses. International shipping is via USPS International First Class (this has a 4 lbs maximum shipping weight).

Free shipping: Items shipped using a free shipping coupon will be shipped using the most cost effective carrier.  For orders of 3 dozen or less, this is most often USPS Priority Mail.  For orders of 4 dozen or more, this is most often FedEx Home or Ground Delivery or UPS Ground delivery.

Delivery time: USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days, FedEx Home and Ground 1-5 days and UPS Ground 1-5 days. Please note, shipping may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii.

Multiple product orders: For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Product returns: If you are not satisfied with merchandise purchased from Soft Hit, LLC, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent by Soft Hit to the customer, and all merchandise (including all components of the merchandise) must be present and accounted for. When the merchandise being returned has been received by Soft Hit, LLC, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item(s), less the cost of missing and/or damaged items (if applicable). Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty: Soft Hit, LLC will warranty its baseballs and softballs for 1 year from the date of purchase, associated with a defect in manufacturing or damage caused through normal use of the balls. This includes normal hitting and fielding activities. It does not include getting eaten by your dog, run over by your lawn mower, being left out in the yard for a year, or anything not related to baseball/softball training activities. Return the Soft HIT balls you would like warrantied along with your original proof of purchase. Upon receipt, we will replace the warrantied balls free of charge.  As a courtesy, please give us a call and let us know your items are being returned.
